A: Web hosting is where a person or business places all the client’s website content (including, but not limited to, pictures, web pages and databases) on their servers so the client does not need any hardware to get their site up and running. This drops the cost of a website greatly.

Q: Can I get a backup of my website?

A: Yes, you can. We do daily backups of your site. If you are needing an up-to-date copy of your site, we can burn it onto CD and mail it out to you.

Q: How much stuff can I upload?

A: Here at 5sideHost we offer an unlimited package to all of our clients. This means that you can put as much “stuff” on your site that you want. There is no limit.

Q: How reliable is my website?

A: We offer a 99.9% up-time guarantee. If the site is down longer than .1% of the time, your account will be credited back the pro-rated amount.
